Job description
- To undertake and execute the job of Secretary to the Company as envisaged in the Statutory Acts
- To obtain & ensure all legal & statutory compliances.
- Other related duties and responsibilities as required by the management
| General
- Compensation would be as per industry standards.
- Qualification, experience & age intake can be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates
- Selected candidates would be posted in Kochi, though liable to be posted any where in India
- Applicants engaged in Govt./Quasi Govt./ PSU should send their applications through proper channel.
- Canvassing in any form would entail immediate disqualification of the candidate.
- Candidates shortlisted would be intimated to appear for interview, which may be held at short notice. The interview list will be uploaded on company’s website and candidates will be intimated for the same through their emails.
- Candidature of a candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even on joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel/ restrict/ enlarge/ modify/ alter the requirements advertised, if need so arises, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereto.
