Desired candidate Profile: Qualification •  ACS/FCS & Degree in Law. CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. Experience • Not less than 15 years of total experience with a minimum of10 years post –ACS experience in Secretarial, Audit/Accounts & Legal Affairs. Weightage will be given for persons with at least 10 years relevant experience in Government/Public Sector Undertakings. The applicant should possess sound knowledge of Companies Act and Company Law procedures. Other Corporate Laws and other financial and accounting management functions and should be proficient in working in a computerized eco-system Age limit • Below 50 years
Job description To undertake and execute the job of Secretary to the Company as envisaged in the Statutory Acts To obtain & ensure all legal & statutory compliances. Other related duties and responsibilities as required by the management	General  Compensation would be as per industry standards. Qualification, experience & age intake can be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates Selected candidates would be posted in Kochi, though liable to be posted any where in India Applicants engaged in Govt./Quasi Govt./ PSU should send their applications through proper channel.
